Engineered Solutions - Designed For Manufacture
Data Collection
At Synergy 3D Solutions, we specialise in providing turnkey mechanical design and integration solutions across highly regulated sectors including medical device manufacturing. This recent project involved the modification of free-issue totes for use within a cleanroom environment, aimed at improving traceability, sample control, and data collection.
The scope included designing and installing a lockable access door for authorised sample removal, a precision feed chute to allow single-item entry, and colour-coded data identification to distinguish between scrap (red) and rework (blue) items. Integrated sensor technology enabled automated count tracking, with the data captured and routed back to a free-issue control panel/database centre for real-time feedback and production monitoring. All components were developed using cleanroom-compliant materials and designed in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
This solution demonstrates our capabilities in bespoke design and sheet metal, fabrication projects.


Superyacht Panel Design
At Synergy 3D Solutions, we deliver precision-engineered, bespoke design and integration services for marine projects including high-end superyachts, tenders, where durability and aesthetics are paramount. This recent project involved the full design and manufacture of a custom marine electrical panel modified to a unique client specification.

The scope included integrating multiple panels located across various sections of the yacht into one cohesive solution. The panel assembly was meticulously designed and manufactured, featuring custom metal coatings for long-term resilience, and laser marking to ensure clear, permanent identification. Reverse engineering played a vital role in aligning with existing yacht architecture and system compatibility. Installation was expertly handled by a contracted marine electrical engineer, ensuring flawless function and seamless onboard integration.

Custom Touch Button
At Synergy 3D Solutions, we specialise in designing and delivering high-specification, custom-engineered components for the luxury lesuire & marine sector. Where performance, finish, and reliability are critical. This featured solution showcases a series of mirror-polished 316 stainless steel touch-button panels, developed to meet demanding environmental conditions and client-specific aesthetic requirements.

​These bespoke interfaces were laser-marked for crisp and enduring control identification and finished to a mirror polish that reflects our commitment to both form and function. The use of marine-grade 316L stainless steel ensures corrosion resistance and long-term durability in harsh saltwater environments.

Bespoke Racking Solution
At Synergy 3D Solutions, we provide precision-engineered, bespoke design and integration services for the industrial manufacturing sector delivering high-performance solutions where functionality, aesthetics, and quality are key. This recent project involved the complete design and manufacture of a custom racking system tailored specifically to accommodate supplied reels.

The scope extended far beyond simple steel fabricated structure. The final solution was designed to meet stringent criteria including operator usability with many key functions, site integration, and Safe Working Load (SWL) requirements based on supplied reel weights. Every structural detail was calculated for performance and safety, supporting efficient handling and long-term durability.

Through close collaboration with the client and coordination with key suppliers, Synergy 3D Solutions acted as lead design consultant. taking the concept through full detailed 3D design phase, 2D engineering drawings, fabrication, powder coating, and successful on-site installation.
